a wide cultural&#13;
spectrum&#13;

African-American,&#13;
Hmong,&#13;
Latina.&#13;
Albanian,&#13;
and&#13;
European&#13;
and&#13;
Nati ve&#13;
American&#13;
ethnicities.&#13;

diverse&#13;
panel&#13;
on&#13;
purpose,"&#13;
