team.&#13;
The investigation,  conducted&#13;
by an NCAA  compliance  officer&#13;
with  the cooperation  of Athletic&#13;
Director   Linda  Draft,  involved&#13;
interviews  of all the team's  mem-&#13;
bers&#13;
and Coach&#13;
AI&#13;
Schiesser.&#13;
UW-Parkside to offer&#13;
multi-cultural urban&#13;
educator subspecialty&#13;
