Although Hall clearly had consumed more alcohol than he ohould have, the students at the residence halls that evening dJd not consume cases of liquor, nor did they empty the cans which filled the 50 gallon trash container at the apartment on that night. There was no alcohol in the aUtomobUe with the two students. The auto accident waa clearly a resuIt of a mistake In jUdgement. Hall Jud&ed that he was able to drl ve safely. Therein .lies the error.
