The residues  of the newly  in·&#13;
stituted   registration&#13;
pollcy&#13;
notably  affected   students   in&#13;
the school  of educatlon.   Stu-&#13;
dents,&#13;

must  complete&#13;
seasonally-offered  courses&#13;
