Con- stitution, (2) to make more adequate the guidelines for SOC and the Budget and Review Committee, and (3) to change the ambiguity of the present roles within SOC. At the time of development of the committee, the ,.,ties of the Chair and the Vice - chair of SOC were unclear to both the Chair and Vice -chair. Adding a subcommittee to the Standing Committee Student Services will change the con- stitution, therefore a positive 2/3 vote is necessary for the resolution to pass. One of the activities that is now in the planning through the Women's Affairs subcontmittee is the Women's Resource Day.
